My situation and search parameters changed a few times and she was always patient and helpful. She will also be real with you and not just tell you what you want to hear or try to pressure you into something which was nice for me as a first time home buyer. I would highly recommend her!

I cannot share on the buying/selling side of the company. As far as rentals go, STAY AWAY. My partner and I have had a collapsing and rotting sub floor in our rental property for months, causing us to move out of the property. Zero update on fixing going on two and a half months. Green tree reality’s “property manager” has been nothing but difficult to deal with, including telling my girlfriend what she should and shouldn’t wear around the house. Renting out a home that should be condemned for nearly 2k a month. If you do rent from this company, I recommend staying as far away from Larry DiNino as possible. I’ve been renting for almost ten years in Virginia and have never been treated so poorly. I am beyond disgusted.

In my opinion this is the worse reality company in the 757 area! My husband and I were renting from them for a year. ( We are home owners now!) I wrote a review on their Facebook page and they blocked me! Because they don’t like bad reviews. This is what reviews are for! (The customer perception!) Our lease was over December 31, 2025 and we were moved out weeks before that but they are still charging us January rent? They also have the townhome on Zillow for rent and contractors are working in the property. In my opinion they are Greedy and want double the money for January. They also didn’t apply our $1800 security deposit? (We did have a balance) but I don’t know where that $1800 is?

My experience with Green Tree Realty has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional from the moment I moved in. I relocated from another state and expected basic competence and communication from a property management company—unfortunately, that was not the case.
