Looking to relocate and found this property. Me and my fiancé happen to meet the property manager, Amonique, she was very welcoming and provided the information that we needed. Altho, we asked a billion questions she answered every one and made us feel like this could be a place we will call home when we move in a few months. Thank you again Amonique for seeing us on short notice and making our tour experience a great one!

There are no true fixes here. Just coverups of things like rotting walls, black mold, state and local code violations that get rigged to “pass,” flooding, major electrical problems that have caught multiple appliances on fire and destroyed others, infestations with bugs of many types, a terrible smell from the AC which was painted inside with Rustoleum, a work order for the removal of a copperhead which was just left many months to rot outside my window, and drug use and illegal activities regularly. I’m not allowed to report problems to NIS in Durham pet management but they welcome me to write a review per texts and emails, including on work orders that haven’t been completed even though marked as such. I have lived at Greens of Pine Glen for 6 months now and I love it. The maintenance staff is helpful and the move in process was great. I appreciate the property and the recent repaving and adding visitors parking spots throughout the property. We also had a fun dive-in movie & pool party over the summer and that was fun. Thanks GPG!
