Rent increases regularly with no meaningful upgrades to tenant units and no transparency about where residents’ money is going. Trash overflow is a constant issue and has directly contributed to ongoing rodent problems, which is unacceptable in a residential community. These conditions create an unsanitary environment that management has failed to properly address. The on-site gym lost equipment within 30 days, yet the single gym bathroom was remodeled while apartment bathrooms remain outdated. Great place to stay . Reasonable staff . It’s a great quiet area to stay in .great for kids . Destiny and Ari are great property managers. Ari is a sweetheart . And destiny is very down to earth . And they try to help in every way they can .
