Do not move in here. Maitenance can come and go into your apartment as they please as when it’s not an emergency they leave trash behind and will try to barge in even if you tell them you’re not dressed. I literally had to hold the door close to prevent them from coming in. over a dishwasher problem(non emergency)..The cleaning crew have passwords to your door and can do the same according to the leasing agent management does not need to give notice to come into your home. I had to purchase cameras to prevent theft as they have came in without notice several times . They advertise fiber connection but you DO NOT have a dedicated line and it’s a mandatory 100$ on top of their listed price. Internet has slow speeds every month hallways smell like cat piss that will waft into your apartment

Our son is a resident at Greenprint Gateway. He absolutely loves it there! What a great 1st apartment experience❤️ He feels safe there...lots of amenities as well. The apartment has just the right amount of space for one person...just perfect for him! Very pleased with staff (Snow, McKaylee, Brooklyn, and now Naomi). They are pleasant and most helpful! I wouldn’t recommend this place. I lived here for 1 year and the area and building is not good for the price of the rent. If you are a woman, this is NOT a safe area to live. I was chased by a homeless person one night when I was walking home from where I had to park a block away. My car has been broken into and windows smashed. The parking situation is horrible, they have limited parking you can pay for that’s $150 A MONTH. So unless you want to pay an arm and a leg, you have to find street parking and walk a block or two. If you get off work past 7 or 8pm, chances are you won’t even find any parking at all. Because of the amount of homeless people nearby, it constantly smells like urine right in front of the building and a lot of the time there’s still puddles of urine right at the door.

My experience at Greenprint Gateway has been excellent. The property is consistently well maintained, and the management team communicates clearly and promptly. The unit layouts are sufficient, the amenities are high quality, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and quiet. I would confidently recommend this apartment community to others.

I recently toured Greenprint Gateway and was impressed! The apartments are small but perfect for one person and well-maintained. Naomi, the manager, is fantastic—super friendly and always ready to help. It’s clear she cares about the residents.
