By the way the owner, Habitat America, has set up the website, it appears that they do not want people applying to live there. It does not take a genius to see the obvious problems with it. Sad? Ignorant?

A nice building. People are friendly there. I don't live there but I was there for a meeting that was held in the lobby area. In the lobby area is so welcome in it has a kitchen, a TV, very nice and clean. It is a nice place to have a meeting and I'm sure it's a nice place to live.

New development the owners is just awesome and supportive but maintenance is not friendly or on time and it's dirty and loud now Management need more help with security and cleaning needs to be more for all family situation and bigger units but I am thankful for this rebuild in this time in my family. It's great that this is a non smoking building and this ongoing policy should be in place in all communities and better stores and medical facilities. 8 month ago ⬆️ Time to close and fire all bad staff and the building is torn up and rodent infestation help 5-16-2022

I don’t live here yet because I can never get in contact with anyone. I have been trying to call and no one ever answers. My emails have gone unanswered as well. I just need to know where to send my application for a 2b2b. Three stars cause the building looks great and the purpose is a good one.

Hi I' went online and i love what i see so far of The Apartment complex I do hve a section 8 voucher that expires soon and Im Ready to move me and my kids with special needs asap..This Apartment Journey has bn frustrating to say the least and i hve yet to find something . I'm trying to stay focus and positive I hve 2 teenagers depending on me....#single mom Im interested in a 3bedroom apt I also would like to come in for a tour. Can someone please get bk to me thanku
