Greenlyn Apartments

I have lived here for about four years now and was asked to write a review. I have seen a positive change with the new maintenance team. I did see a mouse last season but since Josh came out and sealed my apartment I haven’t seen any, which I am extremely grateful for. Keep up the great work, guys!!

I couldn’t get into many places due to my credit score. My divorce really screwed me up but capri made it happen. Go see her she is great!! Btw I love my apartment, especially my balcony, I can’t wait for spring to cover it with flowers.

Special thank you to Capri for assisting me with my application and move in process. Extremely smooth and effortless process! Above and beyond! Josh the maintenance tech has handled any small issue I’ve had expeditiously! Great service all across the board!

Great property! Capri is awesome and always so helpful, and Josh is really quick and friendly with the maintenance calls. I’m very impressed with their organization and the way they care!

This community is very clean and quiet. Conveniently placed next to Sinai hospital, sits on a bus route with the beautiful cylburn arbortorium next door. It's a great place to live, come check us out!!
