Greenhouse Villas Apartments

We had a tour appointment at 3:15 PM, confirmation sent and everything and there is NO one at the office available. Sign said that there out doing another tour and that leaves us wondering what the point of making an appointment and driving down here with my pregnant sister when the appointment is not going to be honored. We have been trying to get a hold of ANYONE and there is no one around to help us. If its this difficult to simply get a hold of a leasing manager for a simple tour, imagine how much worse it will be when youre trying to get a hold of anyone when it comes to maintenance issues.

This place sucks. Lived here for 2 years. When we first moved in the apartment was filthy, there was a drive by shooting across the street. Second year a car was left on cinder blocks because they stole their rims. When my wife and I decided to buy a home we paid 3100 to break our lease and were told multiple times we wouldn’t owe anything after that. They slapped us with almost 200 in collections. This place is terrible never got to use any of the amenities because of poor maintenance. They lie cheat and steal. Honestly save your money

Jordyn was great, from the moment I walked in she greeted me with a warm welcome and a smile. I will definitely recommend her and her property to anyone that needs it!

UPDATE: It has now taken 64+ days to not even receive the security deposit back. This company makes thousands and thousands of dollars monthly and can't pay back a security deposit. We were told 30 days, then it was August and now its September with nothing. Ridiculous. My father and I went over 45 days without a working AC in the middle of summer. Maintenance came multiple times but never fixed it, and after we gave our lease termination notice, they claimed a professional was scheduled—yet no one ever showed up during our final 2 weeks. We were left in 85+ degree heat inside, which is completely unacceptable and likely illegal. Scheduled a tour at 11am on a Saturday morning. No one is here 😑. No one is responding to the texting service and no one is answering the phone. Huge red flag 🚩! So unprofessional! After looking at reviews, I see this is an ongoing issue. If you don’t care about potential or future residents, how do you treat people who pay rent monthly???
