If you like to share your home with tons of roaches, then this is the place for you. I kept my apt immaculate, yet when the management sent a totally ineffective young man he would just spray the kitchen and the roaches would be all over the kitchen and living room. I spent a fortune on spray as that would kill them for a while. My apt was left Prestine I took pictures of everything. Yet management only returned 167. Of 500. Saying they had to clean everything down. Very disappointed. Ps the main topic of conversation among residents are the roaches.

My Mom and sister have lived here for 2 years and they are very happy. Management is very attentive and the other tenants are so nice. The apartment layout is great.

I live here with my yorkie, and my apartment is so lovely, kitchen with the best appliances, 10 ft ceilings, ceiling fans, lovely floors and plush carpets, large closets and storage, pantry etc, balcony overlooking the pool, latest air conditioning, great neighbors, activities daily, full schedule monthly, get togethers all interests, efficient maintenance, Gated community, What more could you want? Staff is the best, Apartment Homes with computer room, plus hair salon, surrounded by beautiful grounds.

Amanda is a great addition to the administration, you can see how much the residents like her. Amanda is working hard to get some great activities brought into the community.

Rents are rising drastically. Dog poop all over the area and no reprocusions if you don't curve you dog. Waiting for more than four months for bathroom floor tiles to be replaced despite promises it will get done.
