Greenhills Manor Apartments

This place falls within Ok-good range. Apts are old, renovate could help but blackstone is busy doing other business i guess. The washer dryer doesn’t work half the time! Fallen leaves on the pool is never cleaned. And you may need to wait a lifetime for a repair (they may never repair) if its not an emergency. AC units are too damn old to keep it below 85 when its 95 outside. Good sides: spacious, lower on rent, good neighbors, quick fix during emergency.

I personally don't mind but the property is older. That being said, I do like the floorplan of the apartment. It has good space and feels like a home. The landlord and super responds quickly and any concerns are resolved in a timely manner. I have lived here for about 8 years now.
