Greenfield Village Office

I had a wonderful experience living at Greenfield Village. I lived there for approximately 6 years with my two daughters. I lived in building 202 on the second floor. The apartment complex is a quiet place to live and I felt safe there. Management Rosario, Karina and maintenance staff are great!!

I applied for this apartment complex about two months ago. I applied because this apartment complex was close to my work like 5 minutes away we come from Chino, CA a four to five hour drive. I pick this place because it was pet friendly as it say but it's not like that Rosario knew of my 2 cats in the applications. I was told three days before I moved to Greenfield that I could not have my cats I was told that today if you get a one bedroom I can have cats but not a studio Apartment no cats. Now I don't see it on their website the price also went up renting a studio went from $1650.00 to 1700.00 in a minute for us they added $50.00 dollars more. Now I don't know these people do these landlords treat new people who want to applied for a place to live like this out of their city. It's a sham

Rosario, Ernesto & Mike are wonderful people. Had an opportunity to develop a relationship with them, which is not common in a complex this large. Enjoyed our downstairs unit. Kitchen sink looked out window with purple flowering bushes that attracted hummingbirds - a treat! Our unit in Bldg. 101 wasn't too noisy - my teenage boy possibly contributed to that. We had to relocate further north - management was fair with charges against deposit upon exit. I was raised in a back-then small town of Milpitas, so Greenfield was a good fit for me. Everything is so close in town. I appreciated the City's activities in town & the adjacent park. I felt comfortable with my son walking, biking or scootering around town. Will miss Greenfield terribly. Keep safe Greenfield!

Great place to live. Quite, nice size apartments, and pet friendly. Awesome management and maintenance team.

I've had the opportunity to see two of these units and they are absolutely great! Not the biggest but very cozy and brand new!
