I’ve lived here for three years, and I’ll admit the first year and an half were rocky, with constant changing of landlords and maintenance. However NOW with Justin and Melissa, I can honestly say it’s been the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The maintenance is incredible—fast, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. Any issue I’ve had, big or small, has been handled quickly and done right the first time. Our landlord Melissa is just as amazing: communicative, respectful, and genuinely cares about the property and the people living in it. It’s rare to find a place where you feel truly taken care of, but that’s exactly what we have here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dependable, comfortable place to call home!

My grandmother passed away while renting from here. The management did an illegal lockout demanding that I sign illegal paperwork that court administration wouldn't even notarize due to it not being 30 days after she passed away, nobody is ever in the office and the on site manager changes constantly. Currently, Kerry Jensen in the regional office & Melissa Kampen, the site manager of the week, have pulled every dirty trick in the book to refuse family entrance to gather her belongings. There was no walk through with family before they changed the locks to agree upon inventory of the apartment before probate court and now considering the amount of pushback to allow family entrance, I'm starting to wonder if management had their pick of her valuables before allowing family entrance and are

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I moved out in September 2022 and could not get in touch with ANYONE to get my deposit back. I finally got an email at the end of October saying they were in the process of getting a new property manager...well it has been over two months now with no word since. No matter what phone number you call, you can't get in touch with anyone. I am beyond frustrated and have no idea what to do. Would not recommend living here.

Wonderful apartments to call home! Floor plan for 2 bdroom apartment was open, spacious and comfortable. Internet speeds with mediacom were speedy and reliable. Utilities were well priced, and water never ran cold! Only had to move out due to school and wanting to be closer to Kato, but otherwise I would've stayed longer! Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for an apartment in Le Sueur.

I’ve been here for 9 months and in that time, it has really seen a transformation. The property manager is the best I could ask for! I love the community where I’ve made close friends!! It’s pet friendly and laundry and utilities included in rent.
