I have left several messages in regards to finding homes. Particularly homes being listed as foreclosures. I have yet to have a phone call returned. I’m not sure how this realty company can pride on 30 plus years of service. I think that service has long faded. I’m looking forward to working with other local realitors, “to make my real-estate dreams come true”, beacause Greene County Realty, doesn’t provide that service. ✌️

I tried reaching out Tom Fedorson from Green County Realty about a long cabin listing near Windham NY through Zillow. They were unable to reach him due to “no answer”. I decided to google the listing and found the realties number. Tom answered, so he and I set up a viewing for Sunday (today) November 14th at 2:00pm. I’d be driving up 2.5 hours from manhattan. He assured me he’d be there. I reached out again on Saturday the 13th just took reconfirm. Unable to reach his office or his cell, I left a message saying I’d see him the following day at 2pm. Today, the morning of our appointment; I called again both office and cell, no answer and left a message saying I was on my way. Needless to say, after 2.5 hours of driving to the Catskills, Tom was no where to be found. Do not even bo

They do not call anyone back. Not a way to be professional. I would give 0 stars if it was possible.

Agree, they don't call back.

They have a home listed that I was very intrested in called them left 3 messages couldn't even bother to call me back.
