Greenbrier Woods Apartments

The complex is worth its price, it’s good and peaceful for living, and especially ideal for families with children. There are some minor drawbacks in the apartments, but those exist everywhere and are not significant. When I visited the pool, I often saw that people were unhappy about the lifeguard’s breaks and constantly complained, which sometimes gets annoying, because it’s the law and not the lifeguard’s whim. The pool is always perfectly clean, and I have never seen the lifeguard using their phone while people were swimming. The only downside is that the lifeguard strictly follows the rules. Overall, the complex is good for living, but there are mosquitoes because of the river, though it’s tolerable. In general, this complex deserves 4 out of 5.

I’ve been here for 2 years and have enjoyed my time. Maintenance and office are quick to respond. Never had any issues with noise or missing packages. There’s been a lot of new construction around-updated sidewalk and shops/restaurants, so it’s in a great location if you like to walk. Only complaint would be the paint on the walls are chipping/cracking in a few places. Overall it’s a nice place, especially if you have the upgraded ones, for a good price.

This apartment complex needs to get rid of the life guard. There is no need for a life guard at this pool. She takes 15 minute breaks EVERY 30-45 minute. She is CONSTANTLY making us get out of the pool, I understand the weather is hot but the breaks are excessive. This pool should just be a “swim at your own risk”, I come to the pool to relax and I am constantly having to get in and out of it. I was so shocked why I never noticed anyone at the pool and I see now why they don’t go. It’s ridiculous.

I am very disappointed in the security of Greenbrier Woods Apartment complex. It has been less than 1 year of living in the complex and there have been multiple break-ins to cars on their property. While I was assured the first time it happened that security around the property would increase, I have only seen a security vehicle maybe twice in the last 9 months. When talking with them after the most recent and scary incident I was met with little to no help from the management team. Please be careful if you are moving here with a family or as a young individual.

As a resident of Greenbrier Woods I can only report my true experience. I have lived on this property for 4.5 years and during that time I have experienced nothing short of a good, healthy community. Anytime I had a maintenance problem they were attentive and timely in addressing the maintenance problems. Management was always approachable and helpful in addressing any concerns I had as a resident. The only reason I left was to move out of state to be closer to family. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good place to live to consider this property as your potential home. Based on rental rates in the area it is highly marketable.
