This was the worst experience I have ever dealt with. First off, my house got broken into. Strange thing was all windows and front and back door were locked when I got home. When reporting it to the rental company their first reaction was asking about renter insurance. Forget the insurance, how did someone get in my unit without my permission with my doors and windows being locked and taking my property not only that the neighbors cat was in my house. I do not have any animals. Someone definitely been in my unit. I felt violated. Noone had a key to my unit but me. From this experience left an uncomfortable feeling staying there. There was no follow up from the company. Nothing. Although it wasn’t to much they can do, they showed no empathy in the situation. Actually the officers who took

I don't write reviews but I just had to after reading a few here LOL. Moving on after four years renting my apartment from Greenbrier. Cute space, reasonable rent. Move in/move out process easy. Literally zero issues. At one point there was an annoying plumbing back up issue (older building) I dealt with for a week or so before calling but the mgr was cool and told me to never hesitate about reporting maintenance issues. Plumber fixed in like 2 days. They gave me a chance when I was struggling to find a place that I liked and could afford. I'd stay if I didn't have to relocate for work.

I went to view a apartment and the appliances were filthy stove and refrigerator... dead roaches everywhere and a bag of mouse bait in food pantry along with several paint cans... I asked if they were going to change appliances she responded apartment is As is.. Smh no wonder it's been on the market for 194 days.. could've at least swept roaches up but I'm glad they didn't so I could see the type of company they are before I entered a contract with slumlords Beware!!!

I would never work with this property company again. Viewing any apartment with them was horrible, every single apartment have eviction notices on the doors, and food and crap everywhere. Then I settle on an apartment and they told me no one has even looked at it yet nor applied for it. So first thing in the morning I bring the deposit and they lock me out of the building to process another application. And they did this 3 times before they just gave me a place. Finally got the apartment, moved in and everything is broken. The floor was falling apart, the dishwasher was broken, the doors were missing screws, the dryer didn’t work et cetera. They made me get home insurance and when they called GBREA to get information so I can get these things fixed they said you can’t use your insurance yo

Greenbrier helped me with an apartment when I was in a rush to find something affordable . Now after renting for almost three and half years with them they are helping me buy my first house . Chris my agent has done an incredible job walking me through everything . When I first started looking for houses I was very overwhelmed and found myself upset . Now that Greenbrier is my agent and helping me find the perfect home my anxiety is gone I am not overwhelmed I am confident that they will help me find the perfect house within my price range . So thankful for Greenbrier realty first for my apartment and now for my first home purchase . They have truly been my angels through renting and transitioning into home owners .
