Management is manipulative and if you complain about something they will retaliate against you. I was never late on rent, lived here for a couple years, yet they turned on me the moment I mentioned an issue with the property manager. They made up lies about me but in the end it was such a a relief to leave this place at the end of my lease. Aside from the management, there are plenty of inconveniences, here are some: The front doors have large gaps at the bottom which comes with some interesting problems. The hallways smell very bad, quite often, like trash. The trains that go by are quite loud since they are only a couple of feet away from the building. You'll have to deal with frequent, loud fireworks, rude employees from the shops on the first floor and it's getting dangerous around he

Very nice, modern apartments, in a great location, and at a reasonable price! The property management team is fantastic, and maintenance is always done well and fast! Lots of great food and entertainment within walking distance as well! Do note the adjacent train tracks. While it's not an issue for me, the noise may be a problem for others.

Clean and modern living but few amenities. Would be nice to have a gym, pool and activity center for residents. The design is more industrial and simple which I love. Bottom floors have concrete floors and are easy to cool and heat throughout the year. The management and owner are amazing! Any issues we have had with appliances and/or structure have been addressed and resolved very quickly. They are a little noisy but the noise usually subsides after a few weeks of a new resident moving in above. There is a train next door but you can hardly hear it unless your windows or doors are open. Overall, we have enjoyed living here and would highly recommend Greenarch to singles, couples or small families.

Great apartments. Very Modern in an ideal location with very competitive rent for the area. I enjoyed living here before I bought my first home. The only drawback is being near the train tracks. I got used to the noise pretty quickly though.

I agree that the train tracks could be a drawback. I ran into my favorite place, Cobbler Mom, just to pick up a a blackberry cobbler, and in the 10 minutes that I was making my transaction, a train came and I was there for probably 5 or 10 extra minutes. But Cobbler Mom's "wares" are worth it!
