Green Valley Apartments

I lived in this apartment community for about a year and a half in one of the newer buildings. When I first moved in, things seemed fine aside from some minor issues with my flooring and finishing details. The location was relatively quiet at first, but the noise between floors was always a major problem. Maintenance claims there are four feet of insulated space between floors, but in reality, it’s closer to two, and the insulation is poor. From the bottom floor, you can hear nearly everything—conversation, TVs, radios, cabinets closing, and even your upstairs neighbor using the bathroom (and not just flushing). The ventilation system was another serious issue. It was filthy, and I was sick for most of my time living there. When I asked about an air filter, the maintenance manager claimed

I was charged an excessive amount fees for cleaning upon moving out. I was charged the entire month for trash removal, carpet cleaning, and late fees for rent. It was discussed at the office and there was no mention of charging me until the 6. I had an apartment so I didn’t need until the 6th. They are not a very upstanding company. I had professional cleaners every other week. Scandalous. There is a high turnover so e sure u stay or don’t go. Neither representative was professional. Look elsewhere!

I moved here a few weeks ago and unfortunately the experience so far has been a nightmare. Toilets filled with feces upon moving in, broken heat, random scalding water in the showers, cigarette butts in the windows and on the patio, and now our oven is heating itself up to extremely high temperatures while it is set to 'off'. I've lived in my fair share of apartments and have never had anything but good experiences so this is definitely upsetting and surprising. Please do your research before moving here.

What a beautiful place to live. Many options depending on where and what type of building. The office staff is great. The maintenance staff is amazing. Great amenities like the pool and fitness center. (I do wish we could do a gofund me for a heater in the pool, but thats just peferenece and its still beautiful lol) I do have a loud neighbor that plays music all hours of the night. I don't think they realize we can hear them. I never complained so not the management fault. It is still an amazing place to live and I love I can be here. Neighbors are very kind and I love my apartment.

Really like this apartment. Love the laundry room, kitchen, own heating /cooling system. Nice and warm during the winter. The office staff is very courteous . Maintenance doesn’t take long when there’s a problem. Lots of parking My only issue is the inconsiderate neighbors. Plays loud music up to 4am in the morning, with a lot of banging and noises. Wish we had chosen the other apartment the younger lady had shown us. We follow the lease rules, others don’t.
