I have been living here for about 2 years now, although it is a little pricey for rent . I absolutely love it , quiet, peaceful , and people here are friendly. The office ladies/ staff are always sweet and friendly, eager to help and answer questions. I also live in a building facing the beautiful landscape of trees couldn't ask for anything better.

My husband and I moved here at the end of January 2021. We applied in December 2020 to this location and was contacted within a week. They were very accommodating! Ashley was amazing and helped us with all the paperwork and answered any questions we had. The location is awesome, it’s near Chesapeake Reginal hospital, the Chesapeake Arboretum, and the Chesapeake park. The rooms are a decent size. Only having one bathroom was kind of a bummer but we worked it out. I was in an apartment with two bedrooms, one bath and a washer and dryer in the apartment. This place is by far the cheapest I have found with a washer and dryer included in the apartment. They do have decks but unfortunately we did not have one of those. Among the most understanding and accommodating people I've encountered so far. I requested a transfer before my lease expired and the management worked with me making sure that I had the best experience. Rica worked with me every step to ensure that I had the best experience.

Thank you to the maintenance supervisor and Tony for helping me with my toilet problem over the weekend. They did a excellent job fixing it. Thank you guys.👍🏻
