Received an “official offer” from this company to purchase my property at 50% of its appraised value. Why even waste your time and money soliciting homeowners who have no interest in selling their home, let alone at 50% of its value. This company is a joke. Check the comps before wasting anyone’s time. Throw away any letters from Eduardo Slesaransky at Green Sur Properties.
