Losing a parent is hard especially if they have multiple homes filled with a lot of things and let’s say it’s not in the best of shape. Green Street came in and made offers, they work with me and my family through the probate process in two states. They were constant and supportive while this happened. We took what we wanted from the estates and left what we didn’t. No need to waste money hiring a dumpster or working to fix anything. This was a blessing for us. Plus they paid the fees associated with the buying of the properties and the lawyers fees. The staff was fantastic especially Michelle. So much. We ended up with money in our pockets and a burden off our shoulders.
