Been living with Green Street Portfolio here for over a year now and i have just signed on for my second lease. It's a perfect apartment for people that want to live close to the city AND in a safe neighborhood but don't want to sell there soul in rent. Anna is the property manager and has been since i moved in. I am not sure who his Angel person is that the other review on this thread speaks of. She is very helpful if you need her and they are always available over email. My unit has a brand new washer and drier in unit and has a small private backyard which is great for summer months. Green street apartments are the fairly priced for un-renovated .
I was supposed to rent a unit last year but the previous tenants didn’t leave the apartment when they were supposed to. I ended up renting elsewhere and was promised a return of my $250 hold deposit. I’ve been trying to recover the deposit for the past year to no avail.
They never answer it’s been 2 years and I have yet to see an apartment or get a reply to an inquiry
