Green Pine Acres Apartments

This place has mold and random pests that will come into your apartment. When you call for help from the management they say they will help but will never do anything about what's wrong. If anything this place needs to be reported to the News for being a waste land

Probably one of the worse apartments you can live in. Not only is their apartments outdated but if you have a constant issue with something they will charge you even though you are a resident and not the owner of the apartment you live in. You have to do maintenance job and when you try to fix something before calling maintenance they don't care. So would definitely NOT RECOMMEND living in these apartments!! Also wanna charge $35 for water when you can't drink it or half the time isn't hot water. Wanna charge $35 for renters insurance when it should be your choice. Would never in my life recommend this place for someone to live in.

Not only does the heat not properly work, some units have roaches and mice. Also the previous property manager stole my money order/ misplaced it, now they want to hold me responsible and evict me for her mishandling. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a good look at some of the interior design of kitchen shown to me in pictures. These pictures were well taken but would recommend a larger one bedroom or if not that definitely at 2 bedroom. The loft upstairs with a cathedral type ceiling really impressed me.

!!!!!!!Black Mold Alert!!!!!!!!! If you dont live well with black mold do not rent here!!! The structural integrity of these apartments are failing and they will allow you to get sick and not do anything including give you your deposit back when you move due to their deplorable conditions! !!!! Look elsewhere unless you are not affected by severe black mold!
