I see the review about calling in and not getting anyone.(6 months ago) nothing has changed, I have been calling for over a week. The phone is never answered and the voicemail is full... I feel bad for people who do lease here. How do they get in touch with someone if they had an issue? :(
I saw a post on Craigslist that they’re was apartments open for rent. The next day I try to call they never answer. So I go to the office and they’re closed for maintenance. Not to mention I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for a month now.
Been calling and emailing and no answer or returned call how can they rent if no one gets back to you makes me wonder if they can fix problems if you rent from them
State needs to take over, I’ve been calling the past TWO MONTHS and no one answers or no one is EVER at the office.
They NEVER answer the phone. Poor customer service.
