The apartment is very clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. It’s a safe and comfortable place to live. The maintenance and overall service are excellent. Ashley is very helpful and professional. She listens carefully and responds quickly to any concerns. Her service is truly appreciated.

I have been searching for a place for a whilw now. Most places are nice but the staff are bleh. Like very non chalant. When I came in this office, Priscilla and Ashley were really nice. The energy was far better than the other properties and staff I have seen. The property is older but they are nice. I will be moving in very soon and will give an update after a little while. I'm really excited.

I have been at Greenmeadows for a year now. I have stayed in Houston for 12 years I have stayed in Pearland, Pasadena, Sugar Land, Rosenberg, Stafford, Katy, the East side and NE area and I can truly say these have been the best apt ever. From the time of me applying last year in 2024 until now my experience has been amazing. The office Staff and maintenance staff are amazing. The maintenance men are always available and make sure any issues are fixed within 24 hrs they are so respectful and friendly. The office staff are always so welcoming whether in person or over the phone. I must acknowledge Mrs. Priscilla and Mrs Ashley for what they do for this community. I had a great tour experience . The office staff Ashley , Priscilla & Jenny were very friendly, professional, and always helpful, which really made a difference during my time at the complex. Any questions and concerns were answered quickly and respectfully. The property is well maintained, and the location is convenient. Overall, a solid place to live and I’d recommend it.

My experience at Green Meadows was overall very pleasant. I toured with Jennifer & she was very helpful and explained everything clearly. She aided me through my whole application process. The community is cozy & feels safe.
