Green Lakes Apartments

I have lived here for 4 years now. The staff is beyond amazing and helpful. There are good people here. It is a safe, clean, and kid-friendly environment.

My name is Kesha brown I’ve been living in Green Lakes for a while now, and I can honestly say I have had good experience with the staff as far as keeping up with Maintenance calling them getting work orders done in a timely manner we always have worked together as a team they respected me. I respected them. I give a shout out to Ms Green. She came back to the property. She does her thing . Very respectful kind willl differently helping I give a shout out to Maintenance. They are awesome. Yes, I would choose Green Lakes all over again. I would definitely recommend also got to give Recognition to Miss Britt, I love her energy she so kind respectful and good listener thank you for being you miss britt.

Green lakes is a great neighborhood to live and raise children at. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and willing to help in any way.

This has been my most disappointing visit to date on April 13th 2025 at 11am. The service was abysmal, and the first staff member I encountered was quite unpleasant. I was taken aback by the overall experience. The trip proved to be a complete waste of both fuel and time. My visit was far from satisfactory; I had arranged to tour the apartments, but upon arrival, I was met by an unfriendly leasing agent. When I explained my purpose for being there, she informed me that I must have scheduled through a third party, offering no greeting whatsoever. She also mentioned that all units were occupied and that she was unable to show me anything, not even a model apartment. The level of customer service was unacceptable. I can only imagine the difficulties tenants must be facing with this situation.
