I’ve been a tenant with GKPM for a few years now and have nothing but positive things to say. Gail and her team are always prompt with requests, consistently professional, and genuinely willing to work with tenants to find solutions when issues arise. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to maintenance, Jesse—he provides exceptional customer service and is an incredibly kind and respectful person. I highly recommend GKPM for your next housing adventure!

I rented from Green Keys a few years ago with some roommates and had a really positive experience. Gail was super responsive and helpful, and honestly worked really hard to try and help us. I had some insight about some other renters' experiences with her as well, and that she put a lot of time and energy into advocating for them which was really nice to hear amidst the current landscape of renting in Portland. When we moved out it felt like a very fair transaction and we got our security deposit back. Portland is rough for renters and many of the property managers I've rented from since I moved here have been really unresponsive, hard to work with, and generally a big pain. Working with Green Keys was one of the best rental experiences I've had and I totally recommend them.

I’m very grateful for my time with Green Keys Property Management. I moved in about 17 months ago, and I’ll be the first to admit that I haven’t always been the easiest tenant to lease to. As a union worker in PDX, my financial stability has fluctuated with the ups and downs of the current demand for my trade's work, resulting in negligent rental payments on several occasions. There is just not enough space to talk about how AMAZING Gail and her team at Green Keys are! I did so much research because I was absolutely terrified I would be fumbling around or somehow taken advantage of because I had no idea how to rent my house out and how to be a good landlord, and then I met Gail. From the first meeting, I knew I was in good hands, and now, 5 years later, Green Keys looks after 2 rental houses for me and I couldn't be more grateful to them. They quickly found wonderful long term tenants and are there for my tenants for anything they might need, which gives me such peace of mind knowing anything is quickly handled. Worst rental / management company. Rigid nonsense “rules” and horrible communication. Maintenance requests were ignored. We did everything we could to move out asap once the lease ended. Avoid Gail and Green Keys!!!
