This company seems very predatory and unprofessional. They are refusing to investigate hail claims for their policy holders, specifically older aged homeowners. These are legitimate claims, in which the roofs will certainly malfunction and leave the policy holders tens of thousands of dollars in debt, all because they feel like they can trick older homeowners into not filing legitimate hail claims. It’s shocking to witness, such extreme damage coupled with an insurance companies refusal to even consider looking at the damage. I’ve been notifying family, friends, and anyone who will listen, run away from this company.

Be beyond careful with this insurance company, had no claims for 3 years from the date of purchase on my home, roof retained wind damage in year 4, would not pay a dime due to "age of roof", I understand its not a new roof, but there was not a single shingle missing before the wind storm, shortly there afterwards found the rear door to my home had been leaking water for some time that was out of sight, main beam of the house was completely rotten, also found the rear door had no headder, and multible other issues, would also not pay on that issue due to "pre existing conditions". At this point im beginning to wonder what I pay them for if they are never going to do the job that I pay them to be there for.
