Staff is friendly and nice but I’ve applied two times now & have been so called “rejected” for “falsifying my landlord”. HOW. They won’t tell me how, the manager is never in the office to speak with me. Hear so many great things about this place, but seems like it just keeps wasting my time every time I have applied. & I get no answers.

Love where I live and the manager is one of the best, Jenny, does a great job at taking care of our apartments and answers all our concerns!! If she doesn't know the answer to your question she will find out. She's even great with all tenant's kids. She is just the sweetest!!!

These people don’t understand to stop calling all they do is call every other week after you tell them remove your number. They don’t do it. I would love to find out where I can report them.

Jenifer the manager of nowata village is absolutely amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better landlord. She has the best attitude always and is always helpful when you need something or have questions. Definitely has made living here so much better!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is trash saying I owe rent that I have paid. Not my fault the managers are thrives and steal payments. Also haven't had heat in my apartment all winter and they don't care have refused to fix. All maintain e issues I have to fix myself and pay for my self stay away from them. If anyone is having problems with this company claiming they owe rent they don't or them refusing to do repairs on units. Please contact me my self and other tenants have a lawyer and is filing a class action lawsuit against them. The more people we have in on it the better for us and worse for them
