Green Briar West Apartments

I recently lost my mother and the staff has had so much empathy. From the front desk, Lourdes, to the manager Ileana, their empathy and love has been felt during this difficult time. They helped me so much in completing the new lease agreement. At GreenBriar I am more than just a tenant, they treat me like Family!

This month I needed some help and I spoke to the manager Lillian, and she was Absolutely Outstanding! Her patience along with her excellent customer service is why I Love living at GreenBriar Apartments.

The apartment owners are violating the law because the elevators have not been working for a year and no one in the office seems to care. They have not fixed them. My grandmother and aunt live there and she has had to take the stairs from a 3rd floor and fell. Will be contacting a lawyer soon to file a lawsuit

well todays is 01/17/2025 I been living here for 10 years total , went to Doral , but came back after 2 years , Dog friendly, pools always clean , a lot of nature, staff and service people are very nice and every time I need something to be done in the apartment they act quick and you can even request it by the Mobile app which I love , the very few times I need to go to the office , most of the time Lourdes takes care of me , she is a very sweet person , I havent got any issue with the parking I guess people dont read emails or papers from the condo updates that very few times happens , there is a security lady with blonde hair , she is very nice and friendly too. Very unprofessional I talked to Connie by phone to find out why is my dad have to move out and she was very rude. She told me that they don’t have to give any explanation about why they are not renewing the lease and that he have enough time to find where to go but with a really bad attitude.Also how you ended a lease to a disabled person without any reason or at least an explanation. My dad is disable and I’m really worried about this situation of him moving, finding an affordable place and in top of all this person make me feel really bad with her bad energy and her horrible actitude.
