Green Acres Apartments

I can say I moved in my apartment almost a year ago and I can say I had a lil mice problem but I also don’t Live in 3600 I took upon myself to seal up every hole I seen I Opened up every vent and fill up any holes Closed off all vents, but the heat can still come through with wire mesh pulled out my stove and there was a hole back there got that done I sealed up the bottom of my front door and my balcony door. I don’t have roaches and I have not seen any mouses in over 8 months I can say it took a few months to get everything under control, but if people take control of their apartment it’s not too many places for a mouse to go just do a little bit more it will help. I don’t have to worry about No mouse turds and no roaches or anything.

One of the worst kept apartment complex buildings. Constant turnover of management, huge mice issue, 2nd cold weather season here and yet again NO HOT WATER to shower. Management office is a complete joke with getting anything repaired or replaced in a timely fashion. All the while charging $1800 to rent space here but provides services that should render $100 a month. If you have NO OTHER place to go in your life this is one of the last places you should resort to.

When I first moved in I loved my apartment bottom level Move in special on 3600 labyrinth thats how they get you ! first month waived even though after it was waived they tried to charge me $700 after saying it was a move in special ! After moving in I realized the heat dont work with a 2 year old child with disabilities and to get my apartment to get over temp 75 i have to open the oven ! They aren’t offering any heaters or anything of that such . For it to be the middle of the winter with NO HEAT & NO HOT WATER ! It’s ridiculous & everytime I call the rental office they act as if im being annoying or getting on their nerves by calling when I am a paying resident . WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE unless I see change . And on top of that everytime I pay rent they add extra charges that th
