This is by far the greatest title company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are super responsive, extremely professional, and they make what could be a very stressful situation for our clients calm, explain everything to the client's satisfaction and even when problems arise as they will, remain focused and get the job done. I cannot recommend this title company enough! They truly make me look good! Thanks to all of you for being amazing!

The absolute worst settlement company I have ever worked with, and I have participated in six closings in my lifetime as a home owner and as a seller of a home. I worked with Madison, so the favorable reviews must be written by her friends. Major errors repeated on deed packages and closing documents that were only corrected when notified, again and again. Major error repeated on the proceeds check, even after confirming the payee the day before the check was issued. If I could award zero stars, I would. Stay away from this company. There are many firms that do closings.

Not every title officer can put a smile on during the most challenging settlements, but somehow Elisha Herrmann and Rachel Allmond make the job look easy!
