Being from quite a distance outside the LaSalle County area, I was at a loss for options to perform an appraisal on my father's property. I was basically throwing darts at names on the Internet. But no go, couldn't even get a call back. I had almost given up when I stumbled upon Greater Midwest Appraisal. They responded to my inquiry almost immediately and scheduled the appointment. A kindly gentleman named Don showed up as scheduled and promptly got the appraisal completed. I was lucky to find them and appreciate their efforts.

Mr Ken Mollan performed an appraisal on my personal residence and did an exceptional job on my appraisal. He was very professional, pleasant, and cheerful. I believe he was very accurate and he was extremely polite to work with. I highly recommend him and his professional staff ay Greater Midwest Appraisals LLC in all of your real estate appraisal needs.

Ken was very professional and knowledgeable at his craft . He also had a super quick turn around for getting out here and turning in paperwork.

Wouldn't even give one star but this company is a joke will under value your house only compares your house to the lowest value houses that barley compare to your house and the higher value houses that are a better comparison they leave out will never recommend this company to anybody and then when called ask asked questions the appraiser won't answer anything. Go anywhere but here
