It would be a extremely bad experience if you rent their apartments. The whole building has very poor insulation, you can hear your neighbor walking and talking. They even charge quite a lot of cleaning fee before you moving out and it is not like you made your apartment a mess. I spent two days cleaning the entire apartment but still got charged for quite amount of money. The service is so awful, you can't imagine. They always charge for different kinds of things. The rent fee is not bad comparing to other central Boston but the apartment and service you get do not worth the rent you spend at all. Plus the utility fee is high, and they have all sorts of reasons to charge for extra money, the overall spending on this apartment won't be less than renting a better apartment with better ser
