Great River Residences

The staff at 400 Court St in Onalaska Wi is excellent. The manager SJ is courteous, diligent, and attentive to renters. The property caretaker Angie is friendly, helpful, and is an extremely hard worker. The maintenance man Robert is diligent and thorough and completes work orders quickly. The other tenants have been very friendly.

Living here was a wonderful experience from the beginning. The staff here really goes above and beyond for their tenants. Everyone here was great to work with, including the landlord, maintenance, custodian staff, and ect. The apartment's lobby and building were always welcoming and very clean. Maintenance requests were always completed within a day of submission. SJ genuinely cares about the residents here and is so kind and attentive. SJ's communication was always timely and courteous. I loved how the building offered fun and engaging events for residents on a regular basis as well! Overall, I had a great experience living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable well managed place to live!

Lived in the studio apartments here for 2 years and loved it. Great amenities and staff. Shoutout to SJ, Mike and the maintenance team for always being responsive. Best bang for your buck in the 608, modern washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit is a huge plus. Would recommend!

I can say for a fact that this is the best building I have ever lived in. The proximity to the park and state trail might be my favorite thing. Also the property manager, SJ, is so wonderful to work with. She's incredibly professional, yet also the most understanding person I have ever come across as a renter. I cannot recommend this building enough, being here for 3 years now!

I moved in during the grand opening(08/20) and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating during a very busy time. Since then outside of the trains it has been a terrific experience. 360 has done everything they can to work with the railroad to stop the horns blowing. They do not anymore if that is a concern for you. SJ the Property Manager is the best. I am 61 and lived in many areas with my career and never seen someone in a similar position take so much ownership. She does everything, goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is meeting your expectations. Great location. If you are thinking of moving this is a great place.
