I made money on the home when it was sold, but the 9 month build outlined in the contract took almost two and a half agonizing years. Others may have had good experiences with GPH; however, the customer experience after the first month or so of this build was unfortunately the complete opposite. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this builder.
