We received a clear and thorough report, which we've been using as a task list to ensure the proper maintenance of our 1890s home. During the walkthrough, he explained how I can address the issues as a new homeowner. Ive never needed a home inspection before. I took a chance with Jason since i couldnt find any reviews, but his website and qualifications seemed promising. Im so glad i did because the inspection was so thorough! A 40 page, detailed, summary of everything/anything he could find in the duplex i was looking to buy. After receiving the report he called me and went over everything in detail. 100% worth every penny. Thanks to him we've purchased this house without a worry! Will be using him for all future inspections!!
