Units are really nice for the price of rent being asked. Any time I had issues within the unit, they have coordinated with me to work out the best way to take care of it. Each unit comes with one assigned parking space, which is a huge plus, and there is ample visitor parking for guests or other residents.

Absolutely amazing place to live. Have lived here for 6 years. The management and landlord are very compassionate and understanding, very easy way to get in contact with them if there is ever an issue. Maintenance is also very quick and effective. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this place as a place to live. Conveniently located within walking distance of everything from emergency services to fast food or grocery stores also within a 15 mile radius of 3 plus schools, an urgent care and several doctors offices, less than 1 minute from the grayson splash pad. So If you're looking for a safe place to rent for you and your family, dont hesitate to put in an application.

I currently rent at this complex and have always had a very positive experience. The apartments are well maintained and the owner and staff have always assisted me if I needed them. Friendly neighbors and a quiet environment. Close to stores and doctors offices.

I'm going to try to make this as short as I can but I got plenty to say about this place. First of all, do not try to live here if you have kids at all. The owner has his favorite tenants and whatever they say goes whether it's actually true or not, needless to say, due to some false accusations and conplaints from the said favorite tenants, myself and my 2 small children were evicted without any disregard. It does not matter if you pay rent on time or anything, if someone complains, you're out of there. Also, everything is outdated and they never repair anything that is needed. There was a time we went without any ac for a couple of weeks during the hottest days of the summer. All because they thought they needed to fix the thermostat which only led to a chain of issues causing the ac to

Good property with poor time management. Especially when it comes to scheduling things. You can expect pest control to appear at your door at some random time between 7:30 am and 4 pm on a week day, so good luck scheduling around that if you happen to work on that day. Been spending the past seven months vying for an electrician to fix a faulty wire and the 2/3 dead phone lines only to be turned away, deflected, or told that I missed them because I have no idea when they'll knock on my door. No doorbells by the way. So if you sleep in the master bedroom, odds are you'll never hear them if you happen to be sleeping sometime during their 7 and a half hour appointment window. If it wasn't for the time management for appointments my score would be at least 2 stars higher.
