Gray's Landing

The building is managed by incompetent people. When you walk by in the evening tenate are seen throwing things out their windows at people passing by. Also, they yell and scream at all hours of the night. Management doesn't care. People are moving out because it's dangerous and unsafe to live.

I can't believe people would complain about affordable housing. You should be thankful, you have a place to live. And to the struggling taxpayers that help build and maintain it.

Their residents yell non stop off the balconies at night and on the side wall with megaphone. Management does nothing. The side walks are dirty filled with trash. Night after night we have to listen to them yelling and screaming.

I just found out that I got accepted and approved and now I'm going to be living there thank you if it wasn't for you guys I wouldn't be able to afford an apartment and this is the first one that I can actually call mine in my own thank you

Not only does this place kick out people who do nothing wrong. They fire people for falling in love. They also fire people they hire for other ridiculous things. The management there is a absolute joke.
