The pictures tell the story. I have lived here 12+ years. This is not on a heavy rain but any afternoon shower. Do not expect the developer to fix the issue when they promise they will. Do not expect to use the yard to play with your kids or grandkids. Find another family members house for Easter unless the kids have rubber boots.
Beautiful place. Security was a little mean but I'm sure she has a lot to deal with. I love the christmas decorations and it looks like a wonderful place to live, very nice people.😍😊
Beautiful golf course that also has great fishing!
