Charlene Brewer was the worst landlord by far she scammed money from me a couple times did not like her one bit. Then I got Danielle Falasci who i honestly adore she was so sweet helpful thoughtful and top of her game. Every work order I put in was fulfilled within 2 days. I am going to miss her being my landlady. Thank yiu granville for everything . I would totally rent from your company any time. Its been a great experience. Love yiu Danielle

Really surprised to see the negative reviews on here. Karen Garcia was our property manager for 2 years. She was awesome and Granville always took good care of us. We only had a handful of maintenance requests and they were always resolved promptly and professionally. There were no surprises at move out, and we got a very reasonable portion of our deposit back. We are seriously going to miss our old apartment and can only hope future landlords are as good as Granville was.

We had the pleasure of working with Karen Garcia and Granville Property Management for nearly two years. Karen was excellent; she was proactive, engaging, and thoughtful. We initially met Karen while viewing a different home that Granville was managing. Unfortunately, it had been leased by the time we saw that home. However, Karen worked tirelessly to help us find another home in the Granville portfolio that would meet our needs. She was delightful to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Karen or Granville Property Management to anyone looking to lease a home in the Fresno area.

I keep coming in contact with Lisa who seems to lack basic phone etiquette. She doesn't say her name or company she's with until you ask. Any basic questions you have she has you call to speak with someone else. I guess anything other than a text is too much for her. Then when you do call you only reach voicemail

This place is awful to deal with Karen Garcia is the worst property management person I have ever dealt with . I would never suggest working with this company. We moved in and the place was so dirty I had to clean before I could even move in. I had it professionally cleaned when I moved out and it looks 100 better than I did when I moved in. She had the nerve to ask me for a receipt. If I could swear in this site I would. Karen is a B**. She doesn’t belong being in the position she is in. I will be complaining to the upper management as well. I scheduled a walk through with Karen and she kept blowing me off and wouldn’t do it. I have videos and pictures when I left . She better give me my deposit back. I will take them to small claims court . Worst experience ever!!!! Do not live in these
