If I could solely provide negative feedback to the building manager, Mycin Melendez, and her staff, I would do so. I contacted them regarding my mother-in-law's application for senior housing at Granton after hearing reports of falsified application submission times based on personal connections. I encountered an exceptionally poor attitude, she repeatedly interrupted me, refused to allow me to complete my sentences, and was abruptly hung up on during our conversation. Subsequent calls went unanswered. Until my call was finally answered, and was redirected to a colleague who dismissed my concerns, stating they had more pressing matters than hearing my frustrations or providing application updates. Upon requesting to speak with their manager, I was informed that there was no higher authorit

The staff is super rude…especially Mysin. She will not she help you! We are currently seeking legal counsel.
