Grant View Court Apartments

This is the worst property I have ever stayed in my whole life . From raising the deposit to specific people only to the last day of the refund . First , once you enter the apartment the exact mess , full of damages you will see is exactly to what you will move into , they will promise you they will fix and clean everything before you move in but those are ALL LIES. They won’t clean nor fix anything , maximum they might spray some water on the floor just to show they “cleaned” but that’s just to throw dust in your eyes so you accept this apartment. The apartment will be completely filthy and nothing will work to make it habitable, not even the basics , kitchen hood , dishwasher , back door , fridge , lights , outlets , smoke alarms , the only basic thing that was working for us specificall

We have new managers they are doing a great. Job cleaning the place up they were left with a big mess. But. They are doing the best they can. Thank teri and lee Your all doing great

The managers and workers are doing a beautiful job getting this place fixed it’s a lot of hard work and the we’re brought in to a big mess they are doing the best they can they have done more to this place then anyone else has we love you guys keep up the great job ok

So incredibly terrible! Don't rent here! One of the worst properties in Portland/Gresham area... if not the worst.
