Lived from 2021-2023, experience was pretty bad. Moved there originally at 1100/month and the second year was raised to 1300. The entire time the firefighter above me would routinely invite women over at 4 am. Honestly good for him for being such a generous lover. Dude had the cheapest bed on the planet so on top of hearing sounds that could be confused for prayer, I also heard the bed squeaking for hours on end as they rocked into dawn. Complaints were met with cornerstone's negligence. Telling me I had to record these people banging to prove they were being noisy, which like gross. Why would I be lying about being kept up by my neighbour??? Another thing if you live on ground floor, the window doesn't have enough natural light and the neighbour had a lamp on 24/7. Lived here in the late 2000's, ground floor 2 bd 1 bath. Rent was $750 total! Had roaches and a bed bug infestation. Needless to say, I didn't stick around for long. Glad to see they at least put hardwood floors in this place. I would avoid this like the plague. Building needs to be razed to the ground.

Charges alot considering there is only 2 hour street parking, and no amenities beyond a laundry room with dryers that dont work well. However it is a great location, and maintenance is amazing about responding to requests.
