Grant Manor Senior Citizen Apartments

I moved here 7 yrs ago and I love my space I have my own porch, I'm not inside the building and the rent is very reasonable, the owner has only gone up on rent twice since I've been here. It's very clean they keep the grounds very well, they are great at getting repairs done in a timely manner and they remove the snow early in the morning, which is nice because I'm still a working senior and I'm out the door at 5:00 a.m. Last but not least it is nice and quiet in this area and they have 2 parking lots available with cameras around the building. I would recommend.

I moved my dad over here to this complex about 5 years ago love the complex I just moved my mom here right before the pandemic & still was very please up until my moms car was vandalized by a neighbor because she does not want anyone parking in front of her door front there is no assigned parking at the complex & altho my moms vehicle does not belong to the complex by it being a private own complex I feel as something a lil more should of been done other than a phone call to family members so I’ve gotten Eastpointe Police involved because it’s un acceptable matter on my end I’ve never had any complaints up until now & I’m not going to stand for it I do not want my mom feeling as if she can’t be safe nor worried about something happening to her belongings as she resides at this property.

Very nice management and very helpful & friendly .wish i never left.and rents are very reasonable.also close walking distance to all what you could need.

It's a senior community. Therefore it's relatively quiet.

I love living here.
