Granite Landing Apartments

Moved into a unit and the AC was broken. They said they fixed it. Summer came around and the AC doesn't work again. They're trying to make us pay 3500$ to fix hvac unit that was never working to begin with. Do not move in here. They're scammers.

Were extremely nice and kept up until they were sold. Now they continuously go through managers and are extremely overpiced for the shape they are in. Getting maintenance to repair anything is very difficult, and there are additional charges for EVERYTHING, including a service charge to pay your rent which is absurd. I would avoid this place if you can.

Probably the nicest place in town, but getting any packages or anything fixed is a nightmare. Even though your place may reek of smoke from previous tenants and is quite filthy when you move in, they will try to nickel and dime you when you try to leave for things you are leaving in better condition than when you received it.

Great location . Close to Walmart, Rib Crib and a nice convince store. Enjoy the work out area. Pretty much complete gym . The Salt Water Pool is also very nice ( could use a Gazebo tho) a few Umbrellas for some of younger children n parents. The Staff is very Nice and friendly. The maintenance is top notch!!!! Asked for s ceiling fan and was installed the very next day .... Would Highly recommended these Apts to either Corporates or family's or even the single Guy. They have unit made just for you..... For brand new apartments you would think they would be nice, more like nightmare! They are a "far-from" they look good from far but they are far from good. Built too fast, poor layouts, poor construction (lots of shortcuts!) and it takes weeks to get anything fixed!
