New management is HORRIBLE!! I never had an issue dealing with Mona she was always very helpful and informative. Old management stayed on getting residents informed regardless if it was something dealing with the water or power, if someone’s car was broken in, or at least had the website up and running properly to pay rent and put in work orders. They always sent a txt email and a paper at your door to make sure you got the memo. This new management does not inform us on anything they only send notes via email (no one checks their email multiple times a day) the website has been down for months so we cannot place an order online Or check how much our rent is at the beginning of the month. We have to call them and ask them ourselves As well as putting in a work order via phone instead of pl

We’ve been living here for eight months, so I think we’re able to leave a fair review. I would give this place a higher rating because it does have a lot of great things about it but what absolutely kills it, is the noise level. When we first viewed the complex, I had read the reviews about the noise complaints, so I asked how the noise level was. Of course, they’d say it was quite and I felt like the sign gave me disclosure about my doubts. I did see the obvious clubs across the street but didn’t notice there was another one in that mess of a plaza…right next to our room. The leasing manager advised us to complain about it, which I do…constantly. Now it seems like they added an additional club next door that is open on Sundays. My experience has been all good. No problems in getting things taken care and done quickly. Always having updates done when new lease is signed, waiting now. Living here has been great for me and not considering moving no time soon as long as things stay good here.

I wouldn’t suggest anyone to move there they I would give a 0 if had too. About 6 months of living there in 2023 when moved I lost my dad decided to move they denied me and gave an option to transfers instead or paid 2800 of lease break then the other assistant called me same day and told me it’s 3300 instead just so they can continue to scam me. Unfortunately, I transferred and was even worts than expected They are scammers and rude as well also discriminating and don’t work on damage things reported. The rent will be above the amount you supposed to pay every month plus they purposely charge you extra for and pretend it’s a mistake unless you speak up.
