Granger Village

We absolutely love our new apartment(been here a little over 2 months now), neighbors we’ve met have been nice. Always people walking around but stays very quiet inside and outside. Lots of kids in the complex. People in the office have been very nice. Applying was very easy but all online and was a little tricky finding out everything for payments. We love how open the floor plan is. Lots of natural light. Our storage closet on patio is huge! We love the clubhouse also! We are overall so satisfied and absolutely love everything about where we live now and hope to stay as long as possible🩷 Thank you Granger Village!

Update: I have an upstairs neighbor that I have sent emails on as the noise at 1am consistently is breaking my sleep. I have not received an email back. I know by doing this review they will respond. I’m thinking Something must have changed in the front office. Granger Village is a really nice place to live. I want to give a big thank you to Abigail and team in the front office they handle any issues that come up quickly and professionally. Their help has been phenomenal. That said, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The biggest issue is the dog waste around the property. Unfortunately, when walking out of the building or to your car, you have to be careful where you step because there’s poop in several areas. I’ve even seen residents let their dogs go without cleaning

I love this place. Kailyn has been so nice to work with. She made us feel at home from day one. Answering our questions and making sure prior to our move in we were prepared, so the move in process was short and easy. These apartments are beautiful and if you are looking for a new place, I highly recommend you check them out.

Highly don’t recommend. The buildings are aesthetically pleasing, but cheaply made.. They were probably put up in 30 days. Don’t know how they passed inspection. The damn pool would never stay open. The office phone is rarely answered. They rotated staff more times than you can count. There’s barely any pet relief areas. The rent is too damn high to be mediocre, but they did have events for tenants which were thoughtful.

The staff is so personable here!! John completed my work ticket while answering all of my child questions and we he left she said “he’s awesome”. Thank you for being kind while getting the job done.
