Granger Pines is a BEAUTIFUL Community with easy access to 242 for a short commute to the Woodlands, equal distance to I-45 and I-69, and the Homes which are beautiful in here. Century Communities is the best quality for the best price out of all the builders in here, and Sales Consultant Alex Paiz did an incredible job listening to the specific needs of my daughter and her Aunt to help my cousin find the perfect home to raise her family in. I highly recommend Century, this nice quiet community, and Alex for his attention to detail, transparency, and caring hard work. Go see this team! Great construction foreman onsite and the man from the Warranty team who walks with the buyers and takes care to explain everything. Five Star Service. God bless.

Ideal location, close yo The Woodlands. It is an area that will have a boom in just a few years, which means equity. Century Communities is a very good builder. They build a solid house, plus the construction manager that they have is very detail oriented. The warranty team at Century Communities is very efficient as well.
