I would give this place negative stars if I could! Living here was a nightmare. Only one elevator ever worked, and package theft was a huge issue—with management doing absolutely nothing about it. My basement-level unit flooded multiple times while I was out of town for work, destroying some of my belongings, and yet they still expected me to pay full rent with zero consideration for the inconvenience. The management is unprofessional and has terrible communication. If you have an issue, good luck getting anyone on the phone unless you send an email sounding extremely frustrated. This place has been an absolute nightmare from the start! We were told the apartment would be ready the next morning, but instead, we got a late-night message saying it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. We ended up spending an entire day stuck in a U-Haul truck with no clear communication from anyone. When we finally moved in, it was clear that the unit was far from ready. The sink and toilet were clogged. Not to mention, the floor has a leak, and they’re planning to paint the place after we’ve already moved in—something they could have easily done in the month they had before we arrived. Google should update by starting an option to give ZERO STARS! The experience with the property manager here has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. She never seems to clearly explain what’s needed or what the process is. We’d call her to ask what documents or steps were required, and she’d give us something. After completing everything, we’d call back for an update, only for her to say that more things were needed. It made the entire lease process unnecessarily time-consuming and stressful. On August 30th, she assured us that we would get the apartment the next morning at 10 a.m. Then, at midnight, she suddenly texts us saying there had been a leak the previous day and we wouldn’t get the unit until September 1st. Complete Disaster! Administration and communication suck! Even basic stuff like lights aren’t working! Jammed doors, broken lock , broken closet door, clogged sewer, water leaking from the floor and what not! Almost everything here needs work, and it’s going to feel like living on a construction site! I had to give them 1 star because that is the bare minimum I have to give. Think before you finalize to stay here!

It's advertised as "modern luxury apartments"- but the experience of living here has been anything as such. New building- but one of those rushed poor construction jobs as there are numerous issues in the buildings and in individual apartments. Quite frankly the 2 stars are only because the building itself is "new". This is the poorest incompetent management I have ever dealt with in any company, both in the executive/administrative office and in maintenance. The only consistent thing of this building, and I have to give him is props is Leonard the porter, he IS AMAZING! Always here, always attentive always keeping the beautification of the building on par.
