Grandview Apartments

I’m fairly new to the grandview apartments and have loved every bit of it. The location is amazing, amenities are great. Beautiful pickleball courts and great gym and pool. The kitchens are amazing! That was one the main draws to this location. I’ve noticed the units are very well insulated. My unit is very close to the pickleball courts and I can’t hear any outside noise while in my apartment. But the greatest part of grandview is the staff. From the office to the maintenance. 10/10. The move in was smooth and welcoming. Any maintenance issues have been fixed promptly. And The office staff, Candace, Ryan and the property Manager have all been so helpful and patient and communicative. I Highly recommend this community.

Originally gave a glowing review when we moved in, and this complex was great when we first moved in. However I got a job in salt lake in March and they wouldn’t let us sell our lease or break in costing us thousands of dollars until the end of the year. Then when moving out I was told we would get some deposit back. That also turned out to be a lie and now we’re told we owe more after having our unit cleaned professionally. Absolutely avoid at any cost, this complex will steal every last dime from you.

Candice and the staff were super great to work with at Grandview. The experience of living here for a year was fantastic. The amenities were kept in excellent condition and super clean. I really enjoyed the gym and hot tub. My neighbors were quiet and respectful. :)

Huge thank you to Jessica, Candice, and Ryan for making my move-in so easy. They were organized, attentive to every detail, and genuinely kind throughout the process. Their professionalism and friendliness really stood out, and they made what could’ve been stressful feel smooth and welcoming. I LOVE my new home!!

Candice is amazing. I feel so welcome. She is above and beyond what I’d ever expect. I moved from the east coast without ever seeing the apartment. She made sure I had the best view and right fit. She even helped make my apartment literally look beautiful and feel like a real home the day I moved in. I am so thankful that Grandview has such wonderful staff, like Candice. I honestly hope they continue to support her and all the staff, because having someone who can create a welcoming environment is what makes a place worth living at.
