Wanted to give Randall and Jennifer a very special thank you❣️ they are the best front office personnel I've encountered and experienced and have made the move to Grandridge apartments a beautiful new beginning, from helping to fill out paperwork to offering resources for our needs, they have been supportive, encouraging, and helpful every step of they way.. Don't hesitate to call or stop in the office with any concern you may have like moving pricing to looking at apartments and finding one that works best for you and your budget.I would highly recommend any friends and family to move here and make Grandridge there new home. so thankful to the Grandridge family ❣️🏡may you continue to be blessed beyond measure 😊

Communication with the leasing office and management needs improvement. Most times they don't answer the phone and I've left voice messages that went unanswered. I directly email management and there is not a quick response if a response is given at all. I have a work order that was cancelled however no reason as to why it was cancelled. I had to check my work orders to see that one of them was cancelled. The laundry facilities in my building need a some sort of payment card to operate the machines. I attempted using a personal debit or credit card and the machines appear to be out of order with "error" when attempting to use them. There is a sign on the door "ELECTRICAL ROOM AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY". Does this mean that we do not in fact have laundry facilities for the building and

I’m a new resident, and my application and move-in experience have been great. My leasing agent Bridget has been very helpful and informative at each step in the process, and she patiently explained everything I needed to do. I’d had a rough few weeks with my return to Omaha, and I very much appreciate her assistance. To top that off, I’ve already had a good interaction with apartment maintenance: Rick, the maintenance man who came by to take care of my broken thermostat, gave excellent service. I want to emphasize that Rick was professional, and very efficient at making the repair. He was also a real pleasure to talk to, soft-spoken and polite, and he came across as a decenr, hard-working guy. I don’t know what you’re paying him, but you should pay him more and hold onto him, because he

Randall was very respectful and definitely helpful. I was impressed with the easy move in. I would refer all new tenants to consider the great service Grandridge Apts. can offer.

Very understanding and upfront, I was able to move with the least amount of hassle from a very toxic place to a place that I’ve been at since August and I feel welcome safe and every time I’ve communicated with the office I’ve been able to get through with no issue especially with Randall. He’s been super helpful. Very happy to be here!
